Centre North East, Office building in Middlesbrough, United Kingdom
The Centre North East stands as a 19-story structure reaching a height of 70.7 meters, marking the highest point in the Middlesbrough skyline.
The building, originally named Corporation House, was constructed in 1974 and later sold to Kenmore Property in 2004 before facing administration changes in 2009.
The Centre North East integrated entertainment venues within its premises, including Lane7 bowling alley from 2017 to 2022 and Soho nightclub in the basement.
Cliff Court Developments acquired the building in 2016 and initiated a £20 million renovation project to modernize the structure and its facilities.
The property underwent multiple transformations, shifting from pure office space to a mixed-use building that incorporated entertainment venues across different floors.
