Fillol's Hall, Manor house in Kelvedon, Essex, England.
The nine-bay structure of Fillol's Hall stands with classical additions, including a portico constructed in 1825 under Charles Western's ownership.
The Filliol family, who arrived with William the Conqueror, held the estate from the 12th century until Sir Anthony Abdy commissioned a new house around 1715.
The Felix Hall Vase, found near Rome and acquired by Lord Western in 1825, represents the connection between English estates and Roman antiquities.
The remaining shell of Felix Hall maintains Grade II listed status but remains closed to visitors, existing under private management.
During World War II in 1941, British Army activities resulted in the burning of the house, leading to its current ruinous condition.
