Elmore Court, Country house in Elmore, England

Elmore Court stands on an elevated position with windows facing the Cotswolds hills and River Severn, surrounded by extensive gardens and woodlands.

The Guise family received this estate in 1262 from King Henry III, who established an annual rent payment of one clove of Gillyflower for the property.

The mansion maintains a tradition of social gatherings since 1794, when Berkeley Guise transformed the property by adding a grand dining room for entertainment.

The property includes 16 bedrooms in the main house, a coach house for additional accommodation, and a soundproof venue called Gillyflower for events.

Six treehouses built in 2023 overlook wetlands as part of an ecological project that focuses on returning parts of the estate to natural conditions.
