Hulme Hall, Grade II* listed English country house in Allostock, England

This two-story brown brick residence features a stone and Welsh slate roof, multiple gabled bays, and a moat with a stone bridge crossing.

Built in the 15th century, Hulme Hall served as the ancestral home of the prominent Grosvenor and Shakerley families of Cheshire through generations.

The hall represents traditional English country architecture with its asymmetrical plan, casement windows, and integration of living spaces with surrounding grounds.

Following a complete restoration in 2014, the property now contains seven bedrooms, four reception rooms, five bathrooms, and a two-story garage.

The property stands within three acres of land, surrounded by a medieval moat that remains as a scheduled monument under English heritage protection.
