Loton Park, Grade II* listed country estate in Alberbury with Cardeston, England

The red brick mansion features sandstone dressings, Corinthian columns, and a three-bay loggia porch within its U-shaped architectural plan.

The Leighton family has maintained ownership of Loton Park since 1391, with Sir Edward Leighton relocating from Wattlesborough Castle in 1712.

The Prince Regent and Duke of Clarence visited the estate in 1805, marking its status among British aristocratic social circles.

The 400-acre estate includes parkland, gardens, and architectural features that visitors can explore while learning about its centuries-old heritage.

The property contains one of only two private deer parks remaining in Shropshire and serves as a venue for the British Hill Climb Championship.
