Peasholm Park, Grade II listed garden in Scarborough, England.
The 14-hectare park contains an artificial lake with a central island connected by Japanese-style bridges and surrounded by wooded areas.
The land, formerly part of the medieval Northstead manor, was acquired by Scarborough Corporation in 1911 to establish a public park.
The Japanese-themed design includes pagodas, ornamental cascades, and traditional architectural elements throughout the landscaped grounds.
Visitors can engage in activities such as boating on the lake, walking through the glen, or exploring the champion tree trail.
The park presents Naval Warfare events on the lake during summer, featuring model boats in staged battles for over 80 years.
