Skoulding's Mill, Tower mill in Kelsale, Suffolk, England.

The seven-story mill structure reaches 55 feet in height with walls measuring 30 inches thick at the base and 23 feet in diameter.

Built in 1856 by John Whitmore from Wickham Market, the mill operated with wind power until 1905 when steam-powered roller equipment was installed.

The mill represents the agricultural heritage of Suffolk, where numerous wind-powered mills processed grain for local communities throughout the nineteenth century.

The structure now functions as residential accommodation, featuring a flat roof with guard rail and flagpole, while maintaining its Grade II listed status.

The mill's construction includes two lower levels covered in tar and five upper levels painted white, creating a distinct visual pattern on its exterior.
