St Ceidio's Church, Medieval church in Llannerch-y-medd, Wales

St Ceidio's Church features rubble masonry walls with freestone dressing, a slate roof, and a stone bellcote at its western end point.

The current structure, rebuilt in 1845, incorporates materials from a 14th-century church that previously occupied the same location since 630.

The church stands within a raised circular churchyard, known as llan in Welsh, representing traditional Celtic Christian settlement patterns.

The entrance through a round-headed doorway in the north wall leads to an open interior space where the nave and chancel meet at a single step.

The building preserves a 14th-century east window and a 15th-century font, connecting modern worship space with medieval religious artifacts.
