St Laud's Church, Mabe

St Laud's Church features granite and rubble masonry construction with a chancel, nave, and north and south aisles, overlooking Argal Reservoir.

The cemetery received consecration from Bishop Stapeldon in 1308, while the current structure dates primarily from 1401 with substantial reconstruction in 1868.

The church maintains Anglican services alternating between communion and Morning Prayer, forming a joint parish with St Michael's Church in Ponsanooth.

The church opens for visitors on Thursdays between 10 AM and 3 PM, with regular Sunday services starting at 10 AM.

The building contains fragments of a 15th-century alabaster reredos discovered during the 19th century, alongside stained glass from 1880.
