Lesmahagow Old Parish Church, Category B listed church in Lesmahagow, Scotland.
The rectangular structure of Lesmahagow Old Parish Church features an apse addition from the nineteenth century and stands in Church Square of South Lanarkshire.
The site originated as a Culdee settlement of Celtic monks before the 12th century, when King David I granted the church lands to Tironensian monks.
The East Window displays a reproduction of The Descent from the Cross, based on Rubens' triptych from Antwerp Cathedral created in 1614.
The church maintains regular religious services and shares ministerial duties with the neighboring Coalburn Parish Church, serving the local community of Lesmahagow.
A devastating fire in 1981 led to extensive restoration work, including the reconstruction of the apse and complete redecoration of the interior spaces.
