Heawood Hall

Heawood Hall is an English country house in Nether Alderley with red brick walls and light-colored sandstone details throughout its facade. The three-storey building features sash windows and has been internally divided into separate residential units.

The building was constructed in the late 1600s as a country residence during that era. A substantial new wing was added in the 1700s, and further alterations were made in 1899 that shaped its current form.

The division into three separate homes shows how country estates adapted to modern living arrangements. Visitors can observe this change through the building's multiple entrances and distinct residential sections within the complex.

The property is accessed through a modern entry drive from the Frog Lane roundabout at the south end of the Alderley Edge bypass. This route provides the straightforward approach to the site.

From 2001 to 2005, two restored barns within the complex were owned by English footballer David Beckham. This brief chapter in the property's history connects the rural estate to modern sports and celebrity culture.
