The residence gained recognition in the 1930s when film producer Alexander Korda purchased it for £15,000 and established the adjacent Denham Film Studios.
Actor Sir John Mills lived in this house from 1975, leading to the placement of a Heritage Foundation commemorative plaque on its exterior.
The building maintains its original features including brick bands, carved brackets, and an oak newel staircase that connects all three levels.
The residence connects to the former site of Denham Film Studios, which operated nearby until its transformation into a park called The Fisheries.
