34 Montagu Square, Marylebone, Regency townhouse in Marylebone, England.

34 Montagu Square is a Regency townhouse with features including high ceilings, pale paintwork, and stucco details. The building preserves its period architectural elements with cast iron balconies and holds Grade II listed status.

Joseph T. Parkinson designed the building between 1810 and 1815 as part of the Portman Estate development in Marylebone. The street was created during the planned expansion of wealthy residential areas in the Regency period.

The house served as a creative workspace in the 1960s and drew artists working in London at that time. The rooms reflect how musicians used the space during that era.

The building is located in a residential neighborhood in central London and is easy to spot from the street. Keep in mind this is a private residence and access to the interior is restricted.

The house became known in 1968 when a police operation there received international attention. This event connects the property to a significant moment in the music history of that era.
