The Church of St John the Baptist displays a grand nave with eight bays, north and south aisles, and a three-stage west tower with buttresses.
The church structure, dating from 1270, replaced an earlier minster church that existed in Keynsham during the ninth century near Keynsham Abbey.
The church contains three brass chandeliers donated by Mrs Ann Tilly in 1717, alongside a pulpit and screen installed in 1634.
Regular services are held at 09:15 and 11:00 on Sundays, with additional prayer times from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 12:00.
The church bells include specimens from the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries, which underwent electronic tuning in 1987 for enhanced sound quality.
