White Park Bay, Protected bay and sandy beach in County Antrim, Northern Ireland.
The three-mile white sand beach forms an arc between two chalk headlands along the North Antrim coast, creating a natural coastal barrier.
The National Trust acquired White Park Bay in 1938, preserving ancient dunes that contain numerous Neolithic archaeological artifacts and settlements.
Local farmers maintain a traditional practice of allowing cattle to graze freely on the beach, contributing to the natural management of dune vegetation.
The beach contains strong rip currents making swimming unsafe, and visitors should note the absence of restroom facilities or food services.
The surrounding chalk cliffs contain fossils of Belemnitella mucronata, remnants of marine life from the late Cretaceous period.
