The Water Tower, Kenilworth, Water tower in Kenilworth, England.

The Water Tower is a six-story residential conversion within a cylindrical structure, featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two reception areas. Its round design shapes how rooms are arranged across the different levels.

Originally a windmill from the mid-1700s, the structure became a water tower in 1885. It supplied water to Kenilworth until 1939, when its industrial purpose ended.

After conversion to a home, the tower retained its distinctive cylindrical shape as a local landmark. The adaptation shows how industrial structures can serve residential purposes while keeping their original character recognizable.

The property has a driveway for multiple vehicles, a double garage, and is surrounded by mature trees. The round shape of the building may require some orientation when exploring its different levels.

From the upper floors, residents can view the entire town of Kenilworth and its medieval castle through windows positioned at different cardinal directions. This viewing advantage was practical when the tower supplied water to the town below.
