Queens Road Baptist Church, Baptist chapel and Grade II listed building in Coventry, England
Queens Road Baptist Church features architectural elements from the 1880s with a spacious central hall and carefully designed religious details throughout the structure.
The congregation's history dates to 1643 when members of two Coventry parish churches formed a new Baptist community seeking biblical worship practices.
The church maintains regular Sunday services at 10:30 AM, combining traditional Baptist practices with contemporary worship elements for the local community.
The building includes facilities for children's activities during services and operates a food bank service every Monday from 9:00 AM to noon.
John Worwood, a church deacon and carpenter, received the commission to construct the current building on Queens Road in February 1882.
