Bliss Tweed Mill, Industrial mill building in Chipping Norton, England.

The five-story limestone building features square towers with stone urns, designed to resemble the architecture of a country house rather than a factory.

Built in 1872 for William Bliss, the mill produced fine tweed cloth from local wool and received medals at the Great Exhibition of 1851.

The mill workers organized an eight-month strike from 1913 to 1914 to defend their right to join trade unions in British industrial society.

The former textile manufacturing facility has been transformed into residential apartments, maintaining its original architectural features and Grade II* listed status.

The mill incorporates a circular tower with a dome housing its chimney, styled as a Tuscan column that rises 165 feet into the sky.
