Llantwit Major Town Hall, Grade II* listed municipal building in Llantwit Major, Wales.
The stone structure rises two stories high with mullioned windows and features a bell turret at the northeast gable end of the building.
Built around 1490, the Town Hall replaced an earlier courthouse established by Gilbert de Clare, Lord of Glamorgan, in the late 13th century.
The ground floor has served multiple functions throughout time, including a school, slaughterhouse, and jail, while the upper floor hosted church meetings.
The northeast section of the ground floor currently operates as a Tourist Information office, providing services to visitors exploring the Vale of Glamorgan.
The building's ancient bell bears the Latin inscription 'Sancte Iltute, ora pro nobis' and received a commemorative clock from townspeople in 1887.
