The Mitchell P. Kobelinski Theater contains 1,890 seats divided between the main floor and balcony sections within the Copernicus Center complex.

The theater opened its doors on June 27, 1930, as the Gateway Theater, designed by the architectural firm Rapp and Rapp for grand performances.
