Built between 1897 and 1899, the mansion passed through several owners including Isaac Fletcher, Harry Sinclair, and the descendants of Peter Stuyvesant.
The building serves as the Ukrainian Institute of America since 1955, offering programs that showcase Ukrainian art, music, literature, and traditions.
