Herbert Hoover Presidential Library and Museum

The Herbert Hoover Presidential Library and Museum contains extensive collections of documents, photographs, and artifacts from the 31st president's administration and personal life.

The library opened its doors on August 10, 1962, becoming an integral part of the National Archives and Records Administration's network of presidential libraries.

The museum exhibits display the progression of American society during the early 20th century through the lens of Herbert Hoover's presidency and humanitarian work.

Visitors can explore the facility daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with admission prices ranging from free for children under 5 to $10 for adults.

The grounds include both the presidential graves and Hoover's birth cottage, making it the only presidential library where visitors can see both birth and burial sites.
