Midway State Park

The lakeside park features various kiddie rides, a mini-golf course, go-karts, and traditional carnival games across its entertainment sections.

Established in 1898 as a trolley park destination, the site evolved from simple playing fields into one of the oldest operating amusement parks in North America.

The vintage carousel and classic midway games maintain the traditional American amusement park experience that defined early 20th-century entertainment.

The park operates from Memorial Day through Labor Day, with rides running between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, offering both single tickets and unlimited ride wristbands.

The park's Hippodrome building houses a maternal colony of little brown bats in its upper sections, contributing to local wildlife conservation efforts.
