Ohio's 11th congressional district is an electoral division in northeastern Ohio that encompasses Cleveland and its eastern suburbs. The area is home to approximately 772,345 residents spread across urban and suburban neighborhoods.
The district was established in 1823 and maintained its basic shape for many decades. Following the 2010 census, portions of Akron were added after Ohio lost House representation due to shifts in population distribution.
The district represents a diverse population with 44 percent Black residents, 41 percent White residents, and substantial Hispanic and Asian communities across urban neighborhoods.
