Prescott Park

Two sisters, Josie and Mary Prescott, acquired and restored waterfront property during the 1930s, converting an industrial area into a public space. Their vision transformed a neglected site into a community asset that endures today.

The park hosts outdoor theater productions throughout the summer, drawing visitors who enjoy performances in an open-air riverside setting. These shows have made it a gathering place where people come together for entertainment and culture.
