St. Patrick's Episcopal Church, Episcopal church in Palisades, Washington DC, United States

St. Patrick's Episcopal Church stands on Whitehaven Parkway between Foxhall and MacArthur, featuring natural wood furnishings and modern architectural elements.

Founded in 1911 as a mission chapel of St. Alban's Parish, it became an independent parish in 1946 and moved to its current location in 1985.

The church made progressive steps during the Civil Rights Movement by appointing Reverend Jesse F. Anderson Jr., an African-American associate priest.

The church structure connects directly to St. Patrick's Episcopal Day School classrooms, creating an integrated campus for religious and educational activities.

The baptismal font contains stones from St. Patrick's Cathedral in Dublin, Ireland, dedicated to Lottie Stewart Ellis in 1920.
