Plaza Mariachi Music City

Plaza Mariachi Music City is an art and performance venue housed in a renovated grocery store building with interior pedestrian passages, archways, decorative street lamps, and traditional tile work. The space contains multiple performance stages, gallery areas for art exhibitions, and dining spaces that together create a cohesive experience.

The venue opened in 2017 following a three-year development process with financial backing from local businesses. This project transformed a former grocery store into a cultural hub for artistic and musical performances.

The Ceiba Art Gallery showcases works by regional artists and allows visitors to engage with contemporary artistic expressions. The gallery spaces and multiple stages together create a setting where visual art and musical traditions of the region connect.

The venue offers varied seating options near the performance stages suitable for families and adults, with shows running multiple days per week. Visitors should allow time to explore the different areas since the space contains multiple levels and hidden corners.

The interior design transforms a standard retail space into streets that mimic a Mexican village, complete with kiosks and restaurants throughout. This reimagining creates an immersive environment that goes beyond a typical performance venue and offers visitors a complete cultural experience.
