Devils Tombstone

The park name derives from a central boulder left by Wisconsin glaciation, which early settlers identified as resembling a large bluestone grave marker.

The campground provides multiple facilities for tent and RV camping, serving as a base for exploring Hunter Mountain and surrounding Catskill peaks.

A massive glacial boulder stands vertically at the heart of the park, reaching an elevation of 597 meters above sea level.
