Adenauerallee 212–214, Heritage villa in Gronau, Bonn, Germany.

Adenauerallee 212-214 consists of two connected houses featuring late 19th century architecture typical of the region. The buildings showcase distinctive design elements and construction methods characteristic of North Rhine-Westphalian structures.

The complex was designed in 1891 by engineers Christian Havestadt and Max Contag for railway administration purposes. It later transformed from its original function to serve as private residences for prominent figures in the region.

The building carries the name Villa Salviati, a reference to the aristocratic connections of its past residents. These connections are reflected in the architectural choices and the status the property held in the neighborhood.

The building is not open to the public as it serves as an administrative headquarters for an international sports organization. However, visitors can observe the exterior architecture and design from the street, providing a view of its historical character.

A widow of the Prussian royal line resided at number 214, creating an unexpected connection to Prussian nobility. This aristocratic link shaped how the property was perceived and valued within the city's social landscape.
