Established in 1898, the spa facility emerged from thermal springs that Romans had utilized centuries before for their therapeutic properties.

The spa complex represents Catalan architectural traditions through designs by Gaietà Buïgas i Monravà and Manuel Almeda i Esteva in the late 19th century.

The facility contains 86 rooms, thermal pools, treatment areas, the Delicius Restaurant, and outdoor spaces accessible throughout the year.

The spa incorporates local thermal water into its culinary preparations at the Delicius Restaurant, creating dishes with mineral-enriched ingredients.
