Antonio de Torres, born in 1817, established new standards for guitar design by introducing modifications to size, shape, and internal structure of the instruments.
The museum displays traditional guitar making processes, materials selection methods, and acoustic principles that define the characteristic sound of Spanish guitars.
The museum opens Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with admission prices of 3 euros for adults and 2 euros for seniors and youth.
The exhibition space includes specialized rooms for permanent collections, temporary displays, and a multipurpose area for workshops and presentations about guitar construction.
