Viviendas Protegidas en la Constancia is a residential development in Jerez de la Frontera consisting of two five-story buildings housing 128 units. Each apartment provides a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, with additional parking and shared community spaces available to all residents.

The project was financed by the Andalusian Housing and Rehabilitation Agency to address housing shortages in the region. It was designed to serve people facing various housing challenges and specific social needs.
