Barleylands Farm Museum

Barleylands Farm Museum is an agricultural institution in Billericay displaying vintage machinery, tractors, carts, and tools that trace farming progress across generations. The Philpot family established this institution in 1984 after more than eighty years of farming operations in Essex. The museum preserves the story of this farming family and their long involvement with agriculture in the region.

Walking through the exhibits, you notice how deeply connected food production and family farming were to the identity of this region.
