Kingscote Park stands on extensive grounds in Gloucestershire, featuring traditional architectural elements and surrounded by rolling countryside near Tetbury.
The original manor house belonged to the Kingscote family since the 12th century until its demolition in 1951, when materials were repurposed for local construction.
The estate grounds contained one of England's finest racecourses until 1825 and hosted numerous prize fights in its secluded dell.
The property, now converted to holiday accommodations, maintains its Grade II listed status, requiring special permissions for any structural modifications.
Edward Jenner met his future wife Catherine Kingscote at the estate when his experimental balloon landed in the grounds.
