The castle comprises two distinct structures: a restored 13th-century fortress and a Victorian building designed with Arts and Crafts architecture principles.
Elizabeth Mure, who later became the wife of King Robert II of Scotland, was born at Rowallan Castle during the medieval period.
The southern entrance displays carved Royal Arms of Scotland and Cumin family shields, reflecting the architectural traditions of 16th-century Scottish nobility.
The castle contains two separate accommodations that together can house 21 guests, located 30 minutes from Glasgow and Prestwick Airport.
The castle grounds feature a championship golf course designed by Colin Montgomerie, spanning 600 acres of ancient Scottish woodland.
