Manchester One, High-rise building in Manchester, England.
Manchester One is a 21-story commercial tower reaching 77 meters in height, featuring modern office spaces and serving as a prominent feature of the city's central business district skyline.
Originally completed in 1962 as St. Andrew's House, the building was later renamed Portland Tower in the 1990s before receiving its current designation as Manchester One in 2012 under Bruntwood ownership.
The building houses the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Manchester and Gaydio, the city's LGBT radio station, reflecting the diverse international and community organizations that call Manchester home.
Located at 53 Portland Street with coordinates 53.4781, -2.23819, the building offers approximately 9,500 square meters of office space and remains easily accessible within Manchester's central business district.
In 2002, a section of the building's west side was painted bright yellow and featured the Commonwealth Games logo, making it a temporary but memorable landmark during Manchester's hosting of the international sporting event.
