Kita-Toda First Gate Tower

Kita-Toda First Gate Tower is a residential skyscraper with 30 floors located directly next to Kita-Toda Station. The building houses approximately 220 apartments alongside ground-floor shops in a single integrated development designed for rail-connected suburban living.

The project began in the 1990s and was completed in 2013 after an extended development period. The design prioritized connections between the railway station and residential spaces for suburban residents.

The tower represents modern Japanese suburban living with integrated community spaces, including dedicated areas for children and meeting rooms for residents.

The tower sits within walking distance of one minute from Kita-Toda Station on the JR Saikyo Line and provides direct access to trains heading toward Tokyo. This proximity makes it especially convenient for daily commuters.

Beyond standard apartments, the tower includes special residential units designated for the original landowners of the area. This mixed ownership created a diverse resident community within a single building.
