The Camaldolese monastery complex in Rytwiany is a group of historic buildings set within a forest in southern Poland, made up of a church, individual monks' cells, and shared spaces. The monastery was founded in 1624 at the initiative of Jan Magnus Tęczyński, who gave this remote woodland site to the Camaldolese as a place of retreat. Over the following centuries, the property changed hands several times before returning to the order.

The monastery runs a small shop called 'U Furtiana' where herbal preparations and natural cosmetics are sold, all made on-site from old monastic recipes. These products are not sold anywhere else, so the shop is worth a visit even for those not staying overnight.
