The garden contains several monuments, including a memorial to Midshipman Domashenko and a granite plaque honoring John Paul Jones, a Russian fleet admiral.
The garden remains open daily without admission fees, though annual maintenance closures occur in April for ground drying and path restoration.
A cast iron fence with intricate patterns, installed in 1873, surrounds the garden, replacing the original wooden barrier that protected the grounds.
