Malmö Tower

Malmö Tower is a 28-story building in the Hyllievång district with modern architecture marked by clean lines and glass surfaces. It combines apartments and offices within one structure, serving as a landmark in this developing area of the city.

The building was completed in 2016 after plans for a taller 216-meter skyscraper were cancelled and redesigned. C. F. Møller Architects created what became the final version, showing how large projects shift direction during development.

The tower shows Swedish design thinking through its clean lines and mix of living and working spaces. People in Malmö see it as part of how the city is becoming more connected across the strait to Copenhagen.

The tower sits near Malmö Arena and Emporia shopping center with good public transportation connections nearby. This location makes it easy to reach and visit along with other nearby attractions.

The building ranks as the second-tallest office building in Sweden at 110 meters (360 feet) and offers views across to Copenhagen on the other side of the strait. This sight line connects the two neighboring cities across the water.
