The residence stretches across four levels on a sloping terrain, featuring a main building of 130 square meters connected to a series of smaller wooden structures.

Swedish architect Gunnar Asplund constructed this summer residence between 1936 and 1937, incorporating both traditional materials and modern design principles of the 1930s.

The house represents Swedish architectural practices through its integration with nature, evident in its placement near granite formations and views toward Hästnäsviken inlet.

The property includes separate buildings for utilities, with a dedicated structure housing outdoor toilets, a sauna, and storage spaces for wood and equipment.

The dining and living areas rotate seven degrees from the main structure, creating distinct viewing angles of the Stockholm archipelago through specifically positioned windows.
