Hang Dong Canyon

Hang Dong Canyon is a water-filled gorge in Chiang Mai formed from an abandoned limestone quarry. Steep rock walls frame a deep basin surrounded by natural stone formations and vegetation.

The canyon developed from a quarry that was abandoned and gradually filled with rainwater and groundwater. This natural process transformed the site into a water-filled valley over many years.
