The museum features a restored passenger carriage containing exhibits about the unification of two Ukrainian republics in 1918-1919.
On December 1, 1918, representatives of the Ukrainian People's Republic and West Ukrainian People's Republic signed a preliminary unification agreement in this railway car.
The museum exhibits display documents, photographs, and artifacts illustrating the political developments and social conditions during the Ukrainian revolution period.
Located next to Fastiv-1 railway station building, the museum offers free admission and presents historical materials in both Ukrainian and English.
The 14-meter suburban passenger car stands as an exact replica of Simon Petliura's headquarters wagon where the historic unification talks occurred.
