Little Amerricka, Family amusement park in Marshall, Wisconsin, United States
Little Amerricka is a family amusement park in Marshall, Wisconsin, built on 10 acres of land with 26 rides including four roller coasters and a miniature railway system that spans about 3 miles. The grounds feature a mix of vintage and newer attractions designed for visitors of all ages.
The park began in 1987 when Lee Merrick built a miniature railway system as a personal hobby that would become its foundation. It officially opened to the public as an amusement park in 1991.
The park displays classic rides from the 1950s era, creating a window into how families enjoyed themselves during that period of American entertainment history.
The park operates during the warm season from May through September and offers individual ride tickets along with various package options. Plan for a full day of walking, as attractions are spread across the entire grounds, so wearing comfortable shoes is important.
The park houses the only Swiss Toboggan prototype ride still operating in the world, making it exceptionally rare among amusement parks. Visitors can also experience The Meteor, a wooden roller coaster that was relocated multiple times before settling at this location.
