Wild River Country

Wild River Country was a water park spread across several acres featuring multiple slides, a wave pool, and attractions designed for visitors of all ages. Beyond the rides, the facility offered dining options, locker rentals, changing rooms, and designated spaces for private events and group gatherings.

The park opened in 1985 as Arkansas's largest water park at that time. It operated for 35 years before closing permanently in 2020.

The park served as a gathering place for families across Arkansas and beyond, particularly during the hot summer season. People came together here to create memories and enjoy time with loved ones.

The park featured multiple entrances and was straightforward to navigate, with clear signage directing visitors to different areas. Shaded rest areas and picnic zones were available for guests who brought their own food.

The park featured the AquaLoop, a water slide with a complete vertical loop that propelled riders through an enclosed tube at high speed. This distinctive attraction drew visitors seeking an adrenaline-pumping and unconventional experience.
