Plaster Sports Complex, Multi-purpose sports stadium in Springfield, United States

The Plaster Sports Complex encompasses a football stadium with 16,300 seats, multiple practice fields, and a complete athletics training facility at Missouri State University.

The stadium opened on September 19, 1941, as part of a Works Progress Administration project, constructed for $60,000 with an initial capacity of 8,500 seats.

Missouri State Bears football matches gather thousands of students, alumni, and local supporters in this central venue for collegiate sports competitions.

The facility includes 24 skyboxes, 12 racquetball courts, a 7,200-square-foot weight room, and modern video displays for real-time scoring and statistics.

A grass berm at the north end of the field provides alternative viewing spots while the west grandstand sits closer to the playing surface after 2014 renovations.
