Victory Theatre

Victory Theatre is a performance venue with approximately 1,950 seats located on Main Street, featuring Italian-inspired interior design throughout. A grand marquee decorated with 3,000 light bulbs adorns the building's facade, creating an eye-catching presence in downtown.

The building opened in 1921 as a venue for silent films before transitioning to sound pictures in 1928. It played an important role in introducing Evansville to the latest entertainment technologies of that era.

This venue hosts Broadway productions, concerts, and dance performances throughout the year and serves as home to the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra. Visitors can experience a wide range of live performances in this space dedicated to entertaining the community.
