Following discussions among Hindu and Jain families in 1982, the temple construction began in 1985 and opened its doors to worshippers in May 1988.
The temple conducts religious ceremonies in 16 languages, providing services for events such as weddings, baby showers, and traditional Hindu celebrations throughout the year.
Located at 6330 Lackman Road, the temple maintains facilities including classrooms, a cafeteria, and a kitchen, receiving over 600 visitors each week.
The temple's youth group demonstrated global outreach by raising $6,000 to support victims of the 2010 Haiti earthquake through local fundraising initiatives.
