Isla Paraíso

Isla Paraiso is an artificial island in Lecheria featuring 90 duplex apartments and a marina positioned about 600 meters from shore. The facility accommodates boats up to 90 feet in length and combines residential units with full harbor infrastructure.

The residential project began in 1999 under Venezuelan architect Andrés Hausmann and aimed to create modern living spaces in the Caribbean. It emerged in response to growing demand for upscale housing with direct water access.

The complex reflects Venezuelan coastal living through its blend of maritime facilities and upscale residential spaces designed for water-based communities.

The location sits on an island with limited access, so planning ahead before visiting is important. Visitors should check which areas are open and the best way to reach the island.

The development includes three swimming pools, two jacuzzis, and hanging gardens spread across the island. Private terraces feature programmable irrigation systems that allow residents to maintain gardens with minimal effort.
