St. Cosmas- und Damian-Kirche Liggersdorf

St. Cosmas and Damian Church in Liggersdorf is a parish church with a three-sided choir and a tower from the 15th century on its eastern side. The interior features ceiling frescoes from 1763 painted by artist Franz Josef Zürcher.

The location was first mentioned in 1275, but the church's dedication to Saints Cosmas and Damian came later in 1579. This choice reflected the religious significance these saints held for the parish community.
